The Manor

A four-bedroom residence on the eastern edge of the property. Morning light, a wraparound porch, and enough space that people don't feel like they're on top of each other.

The Manor sits where the property opens up to sunrise.

It's a home more than anything else—the kind of place where guests stay for a few days and actually settle in rather than just pass through.

The main floor centers around a chef's kitchen that tends to become the gathering point, whether anyone's cooking or not. Upstairs, there's a vaulted board room with windows on all sides that let in more natural light than most people know what to do with. The bedrooms are spread across the upper and lower levels, each simple and comfortable. And the porch wraps around two sides of the house, which is where most evenings end.

There's a four-season room off the main living area with a large table and screens that let the outside in without the bugs. A lounge with a pool table sits in the lower level. A multi-level patio out back has a fire pit that gets used more than you'd think. The whole building feels lived-in in the best way—like it's ready for guests to actually use it, not just admire it.

Features & Details

The Manor is 5,550 square feet and has 4 bedrooms. You'll also see amentities like:
Chef's kitchen
Vaulted board room
Multi-level patio with fire pit
High-speed WiFi
Climate-controlled
Audio/video ready
The Kitchen
A chef's kitchen with commercial-grade equipment and more counter space than most home kitchens dream of. This is where morning coffee happens, where people tend to gather between other things, and where the smell of something cooking usually means someone's figured out how to make the space work for them.
The Board Room
Vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that wrap around the entire space. The natural light is the main feature here—you rarely need overhead lights during the day. There's a large table that seats 12, and the views through those windows make it easy to lose track of time.
The Four-Season Room
Screened-in, with a large conference table and enough seating that smaller groups use this space as much as the main board room. It's not quite indoors, not quite outdoors, and that in-between quality is exactly why it works.
The Lounge
Lower level, with a pool table, bar area, and seating that's meant for unwinding. The kind of space where people end up after dinner or between sessions. Nothing formal about it—just a place to be when you're not being anywhere else.
The Porch
Wraps around two sides of the house and sees more use than any other outdoor space at The Manor. Most evenings, this is where guests end their day—watching the sun go down, talking through what happened, or just sitting in the quiet. The kind of porch that earns its keep.
