An enclosed horse ring with high ceilings and an open floor. Raw, unpolished, and flexible enough to serve whatever purpose it needs to.

Thirteen thousand square feet of open floor space, enclosed by walls and a roof that keep the weather out but don't make it feel closed off. High ceilings give the space room to breathe, and natural light filters in from all sides.
It's raw in the best sense—sand footing, simple walls, no pretense about what it is. The structure is honest about its origins. There's enhanced airflow built into the design, which matters when you're working with a space this size. The whole building feels grounded, like it's been here longer than it has and will be here longer than any of us.
There's no polish here, just space that does its job without fuss. The open floor plan means the Arena can adapt to different needs without requiring major changes. It's the kind of building that doesn't fight you—it just holds space and lets you figure out what to do with it.

If you'd like to know more about The Arena—we would be glad to share that information.
