Welcome to five bridges farm

Eighty acres just
outside Madison

Three buildings. Miles of trails. Spring-fed water that's been here longer than any of us.

Explore the Property

Ten minutes from Madison. A world away.

Five Bridges Farm sits on land that moves at its own pace. Eighty acres of Wisconsin woods and open meadow, creeks fed by natural springs, and trails that wind through both. The property has been here long enough to know what it is—quiet, unrushed, and more interested in seasons than schedules.

There are three main buildings on the farm, each with its own character: the Manor, the Barn, and the Arena. Together, they sit on land that's worth spending time on.

Three buildings. One connected property.

On the property, you’ll find three primary spaces—each with its own personality—plus expansive grounds that tie everything together.

The Manor

A four-bedroom residence that sits on the eastern edge of the property. The windows face the sunrise, and the main living space opens up to a chef's kitchen where morning coffee tends to linger. Upstairs, there's a vaulted conference room with floor-to-ceiling windows and enough natural light that you rarely need to turn on the overheads.

The bedrooms are simple but comfortable. The kind of space where people don't mind staying for a few days. There's a front porch that wraps around two sides of the house, and most evenings, that's where you'll find people ending their day.

The Barn

Two stories of original timber beams and exposed wood that's aged exactly the way it should. The Barn was built to last, and it shows—climate-controlled now, but still holding onto the character of what it was.

Upstairs, there's a mezzanine that overlooks the main space. The stairs creak in the right way. The whole structure smells faintly of wood and history, and there's something honest about a space that doesn't try to hide what it is.

The Arena

This was a horse arena before it became anything else, and it still carries that in its bones. High ceilings, open floor, and an enclosed structure that keeps the weather out but doesn't feel closed off. It's raw in the best sense—unpolished, grounded, and flexible enough to serve whatever purpose it needs to.

There's no pretense here, just space that does its job without fuss.

The Grounds

Then there's everything else. The trails that cut through woods and emerge into open fields. The springs that feed the creek running through the property. The tree house that sits tucked into the trees—charming in a way that doesn't need explaining.

The land itself is the thing. Eighty acres that shift with the seasons—vibrant in spring, lush through summer, quietly stunning in fall, and stark but beautiful in winter. It's the kind of property where you find yourself walking even when you didn't plan to.
